Field Service in Greece - Monday, June 30

On Monday, we were still on a high from the spiritual feast that we had over the weekend, but Jehovah had more in store for us! We met at about 9am in one of the Hilton conference rooms for the meeting for service. Each of the Stanleys went with a separate service group, some who spoke English and some who didn't!! My service partner Elizabeth spoke great English so we had the opportunity to really chat and connect in our short time together. The pictures below are from John and Elizabeth!

In the Ministry - Greek sisters,  Constandina, Philip, and a sis from South Africa

After service, my group and Craig's group joined together at a coffee shop and when it was time to go, the tears started to flow again. Our morning of service, and our brief time with Elizabeth, little Philippe, Constandina, and these other dear friends were some of my most treasured memories of my time in Greece.

We also got to chat with 16 yr old Constandina. She was such an encouragement, I wish we could bring her back with us!

Even though we only had a short time with these friends, when it was time to go, we all started to cry!! Maybe it hit us that our 3 days of Paradise was coming to an end...
Service Group at Lunch

Group picture at Lunch - the brother next to Craig had great stories about the Greek territory.

After this, we took the train to Monastiraki Square where we did some flea market shopping and stopped for lunch and more fun :)

We ventured out to the train station with Lim and Park, newlyweds from Korea :)
